The Reading comprehension related to the learning process in first-year telesecundaria students
Abstract
In the municipality of Rayón, Chiapas, students have low reading comprehension, which makes it difficult to understand the contents of textbooks and general instructions, implying problems to achieve greater learning. Reading comprehension has the benefit of better academic performance, one of the points of improvement is the understanding of explanations, readings, indications, spelling, calligraphy and the development of the imagination, which in the long run will optimize these aspects, including the social ones for the benefit of rehabilitation linked to these points.
The state of Chiapas is one of the states with the lowest levels of literacy, but the problem is not only that Chiapas do not have access to how to learn to read, but rather that the majority of the studies show that they have been forced to only know how the letters are pronounced and they are not shown how they can understand what is actually read.
